		      Program
		       
		      July
		      1, 2023 The program, which
		      will be open to the public, is an educational endeavor as well as a dignified
		      ceremony of flag retirement. John Knox, a local historian specializing in
		      the flags of America, will deliver a detailed history of the many flags that
		      have flown over the United States and how the current flag was developed.
		      Mr. Knox will demonstrate the proper way to retire Old Glory
		      and facilitated the retirement of the many flags that have flown over local
		      homes and
